Description

With the Thermomix®, creamy dips based on sour cream and natural yogurt, refined with fresh herbs such as dill, chives and parsley, are made in no time at all. These vegetarian dips are ideal as finger food or appetizers for parties and snacks. Preparation takes only 25 minutes and yields 6 servings. Perfect for quick, cold cooking and an easy dish for any occasion, including Christmas.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 250 g Natural yogurt
  • 2 Stiel Dill
  • 10 g Fresh chives
  • 2 Stiel Parsley
  • 2 Stiel Tarragon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 EL Mustard
  • 2 TL Mayonnaise
  • 1 EL Curry powder
  • Honey
  • 2 Zehe Garlic

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare sauce base

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Put 250 g sour cream and 250 g natural yogurt into the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec/speed 3. Divide the base into three bowls and set aside.

Prepare herbs

Wash and shake dry 2 sprigs of dill, 10 g fresh chives, 2 sprigs of parsley and 2 sprigs of tarragon.

Chop garlic

Peel 2 cloves of garlic and put in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Chop dill

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 5

Put 2 sprigs of dill in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Prepare garlic sauce

Thermomix® Setting

Put the chopped garlic and dill with one third of the yogurt base from bowl 1 into the mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir for 5 sec/speed 3.

Chop herbs

Put 10 g fresh chives, 2 sprigs of parsley and 2 sprigs of tarragon into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Prepare herb sauce

Put the chopped herbs with the second third of the yogurt base from bowl 2 into the mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir for 5 sec/speed 3.

Prepare curry sauce

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 3

Put the last third of the yogurt base from bowl 3, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp curry powder and a dash of honey into the mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir for 5 sec/speed 3.
