Classic vegetarian lasagna with tomato and béchamel sauce.

Ingredients (18 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 2 piece Zucchini
  • 500 ml Passed Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Flour
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 12 piece Lasagna sheets
  • 150 g Grated cheese

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Place onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Push down with the spatula. Add garlic and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Push down with the spatula.

Add olive oil to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add carrots and zucchini to the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec./speed 5. Push down with the spatula.

Prepare tomato sauce

Add passed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and simmer for 20 min./100°C/speed 1.

Prepare béchamel sauce

Add butter to the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./50°C/speed 1.

Layer lasagna

Place a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish. Spread lasagna sheets on top. Add a layer of béchamel sauce on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of cheese.

Bake lasagna

Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown.
