100 g Butter
80 g Almond flour (defatted)
30 g Xylitol
1 Prise(n) Salt

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare the dough

Scrape out the seeds of the vanilla bean and put them in the mixing bowl together with 100 g butter, 80 g almond flour (defatted), 30 g xylitol and 1 pinch of salt. Knead into a smooth dough for 2 min./speed 4.

Chill the dough

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. No Thermomix setting required.

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180 °C convection. No Thermomix setting required.

Cut out and bake cookies

Roll out the dough on a work surface dusted with almond flour and cut out shapes as desired with various cookie cutters. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes. No Thermomix setting required.
