Description

This dish of melting poultry with lemon and garlic is a real delight for the taste buds. I love preparing this recipe because it is both simple and full of flavors. The chicken thighs, tender and juicy, are sublimated by the tangy scent of lemon and the subtle touch of garlic. It is a perfect dish for a family meal or a dinner with friends. Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 2 c. à s. parsley
  • 2 c. à c. coarse salt
  • 1 piece lemon
  • 6 clove garlic in shirt
  • 20 g melted butter
  • 4 piece rabbit thighs
  • 8 piece chicken breast fillets

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat the oven and prepare the chicken thighs

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/122°F/Speed 1 50

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Brush the chicken thighs with 20 g of melted butter (prepared in the Thermomix: 1 Min./50°C/Stufe 1). Set aside the chicken breast fillets in the refrigerator.

Chop the parsley

Thermomix® Setting

Put 2 tbsp of fresh parsley in the bowl and chop 3 Sek./Stufe 5. Set aside.

Prepare the garlic

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 7

Put 6 cloves of garlic in the bowl and chop 3 Sek./Stufe 7. Set aside.

Cooking the chicken thighs

Place the chicken thighs in an oiled dish, slide a chopped clove of garlic under each piece. Roast for 15 minutes in the oven.

Add the chicken breast fillets and lemon

Place the chicken breast fillets in the same dish. Squeeze half a lemon into the dish and add 2 tsp of coarse salt. Put the dish in the oven for 10 minutes.

Finalize cooking

Turn the fillets and thighs over and baste with the cooking juices. Cut the other half of the lemon into six pieces, cut the reserved parsley and put everything in the dish. Put in the oven for 10 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and perfectly cooked.
