Description

This dish is a quick and easy Asian bowl with fried minced meat and fresh vegetables. The white cabbage, spring onions and carrots are refined with ginger and garlic and rounded off with a soy sauce-sesame oil-chili sauce. Ideal for student cuisine or a quick lunch. Prepared in just 30 minutes, this bowl is a delicious and filling meal.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 klein White cabbage
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Stück Ginger
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 4 EL Soy sauce
  • 1 EL Sesame oil
  • 3 EL Sweet Chili Sauce

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare vegetables

Cut the white cabbage, spring onions and carrots into coarse pieces. The vegetables will be chopped in the Thermomix later.

Chop ginger and garlic

Put the piece of ginger (thumb-sized) and the 2 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Chop vegetables

Add the roughly chopped white cabbage, spring onions and carrots to the ginger and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Fry minced meat

Fry the ground beef in a separate pan until it is crumbly and cooked through. Then set the fried minced meat aside.

Sauté vegetables

Add the chopped vegetables from the mixing bowl to the minced meat in the pan and sauté, stirring occasionally, until they still have some bite.

Prepare and season sauce

Mix the 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil and 3 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over the minced meat and vegetables and mix well. Heat briefly and serve.
