Description

This choco-mug-cake from the Thermomix® is a simple chocolate cake with eggs, sugar, oil, flour and cocoa. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 70 minutes, of which 20 minutes are active working time. The recipe yields one portion and is ideal as a quick dessert. Suitable for anyone who wants to bake a small cake in an uncomplicated way.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

4 piece Eggs
2 Tassen Sugar
1 Prs. Salt
0.5 cup Sunflower oil
2 Tassen Wheat flour
0.5 cup Baking cocoa
1 Pck. Baking powder
1 cup Boiling water

Preparation (5 steps)

Whisk eggs, sugar and salt until frothy

Put 4 eggs, 2 cups of sugar and 1 pinch of salt in the mixing bowl and whisk for 3 minutes/speed 4 until frothy.

Add sunflower oil and continue stirring

Add 1/2 cup sunflower oil and stir in for 1 minute/speed 3.

Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth

Add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of baking cocoa and 1 packet of baking powder to the mixing bowl and stir in for 2 minutes/speed 3.

Stir in boiling water

Add 1 cup boiling water and stir in for 30 seconds/speed 3.

Bake batter

Pour the batter into a greased mold and bake in the Ninja Foodi XXL oven at 200 degrees (drops to 180 degrees) / program Rehead = top and bottom heat / 50 minutes.
