Description

This chocolate cream cream is a simple and quick dessert that is prepared in the Thermomix®. With just a few ingredients such as eggs, sugar, dark and milk chocolate, as well as cream, a creamy dessert is created. Ideal for festive occasions or simply as a sweet reward in between. The preparation time is about 30 minutes.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 360 g Sugar
  • 160 g Dark chocolate
  • 20 g Milk chocolate
  • 300 g Cream

Prepare ingredients

Add 4 eggs and 360g sugar to the mixing bowl.

Beat eggs and sugar

Beat 4 eggs and 360g sugar for 3 minutes/speed 4 until a frothy mixture is formed.

Melt chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
4 min/122°F/Speed 2 122°F

Break 160g dark chocolate and 20g milk chocolate into pieces and add to the mixing bowl. Melt for 4 min./50°C/speed 2.

Stir in chocolate

30 sec/Speed 3

Add melted chocolate to the egg-sugar mixture and stir in for 30 sec./speed 3.

Add cream

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 300g cream (or 500g for a lighter version) and stir in for 20 sec./speed 3.

Refrigerate

Pour the cream into glasses or a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
