Description

700 g Chinese cabbage
2 Stück Oranges/Blood oranges
0.25 l Water
1 TL Dijon mustard
Salt
Pepper
1 Stück Clove of garlic
Splash of lemon

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop garlic

Put clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Prepare dressing

Add water, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and the chopped garlic to the mixing bowl. Add a splash of lemon and stir for 10 sec./level 3.

Chop Chinese cabbage

Cut the Chinese cabbage into coarse pieces, place in the mixing bowl and chop for 4 sec./level 4. If necessary, use a spatula to push everything down from the edge and repeat the process.
