Description

This recipe for gratinated cutlets in the style of bruschetta is a real treat and super quick to prepare! I like to make it when things need to be quick, but something special should still come to the table. The combination of juicy cutlet, fresh tomatoes, onions and creamy mozzarella is simply unbeatable. Perfect for a quick lunch or an uncomplicated dinner. Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Cutlet Topside
  • 1 piece Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1.5 keine Garlic powder
  • 1 piece Onion(s)
  • 1 Kugel Mozzarella

Preparation (5 steps)

Chop onion

Thermomix® Setting

Put the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Prepare tomato-onion mixture

Put the chopped onion, together with the chopped cherry tomatoes and the garlic powder, in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare cutlets

Salt and pepper the topside cutlets. Whisk the egg in a deep plate. First turn the cutlets in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs, so that they are completely breaded.

Fry cutlets

Fry the breaded cutlets in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Top and gratinate cutlets

Put the tomato-onion mixture on the fried cutlets. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread on the tomato mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C circulating air for about 10 minutes until the mozzarella has melted and is lightly browned.
