Description

These three grill dips are an absolute highlight for every barbecue party! The Ajvar dip gets a special note from the feta and onion. The olive herb curd cheese dip is wonderfully fresh and goes perfectly with bread or vegetables. And the blueberry feta dip? A surprisingly delicious combination of sweet and salty, which I particularly like to serve with grilled food. The preparation is super easy and quick, ideal if you need something quick. All dips can be prepared well and stored in the refrigerator. A must for every barbecue evening!

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 300 g Feta
  • 300 g Low-fat curd cheese 40%
  • 400 g Grainy cream cheese
  • 200 g Ajvar
  • 1 piece Small onion
  • 130 g Olive mix
  • 60 g Goat cream cheese
  • 200 g Herb curd cheese
  • 125 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 200 g Blueberries

Preparation (9 steps)

Prepare ajvar dip

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 4

Put 150 g feta into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4. Then add half of the low-fat curd cheese (150 g) and half of the grainy cream cheese (200 g). Add 200 g ajvar and stir for 10 sec./speed 3. Transfer to a bowl and chill.

Chill ajvar dip

Chill the ajvar dip for about 1 hour so that it can infuse.

Chop onion

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 5

Put 1 small onion into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Scrape down the side with the spatula.

Finalize ajvar dip

Fold the chopped onion into the ajvar dip and serve.

Prepare olive herb curd cheese dip

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 4

Put 130 g olive mix into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4. Scrape down the side with the spatula.

Mix olive herb curd cheese dip

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add 60 g goat cream cheese, 200 g herb curd cheese and the remaining half of the low-fat curd cheese (150 g) to the olives in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3. Transfer to a bowl and serve cold.

Prepare blueberry feta dip

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 4

Put the remaining feta (150 g) into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 4. Scrape down the side with the spatula.

Mix blueberry feta dip

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 3

Add the Greek yogurt (125 g), the remaining grainy cream cheese (200 g) and 2 tbsp maple syrup to the feta in the mixing bowl and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Fold in blueberries

Carefully fold 200 g blueberries into the dip. Sprinkle the dip with a little lime zest and serve cold.
