Description
This hummus is a delicious and creamy chickpea spread that is ideal as a dip, appetizer or side dish. It is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free and can be prepared quickly and easily in the Thermomix®. With fresh ingredients such as lemon, garlic and parsley, it is a pleasure for every occasion. Perfect for a healthy and balanced diet.

250 g Canned chickpeas

4 tbsp Olive oil

4 tbsp Tahini (Sesame paste)

4 tbsp Water

1 tsp Spice mix Ras el Hanoud

0.5 piece Lemon (juice)

0.5 piece Organic lemon (zest)

1 clove Garlic

Salt

Preparation (2 steps)
Chop and mix ingredients
Put 250 g canned chickpeas, 4 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp tahini (sesame paste), 4-8 tbsp water (as needed), 1 tsp spice mix Ras el Hanoud, juice of half a lemon, zest of half an organic lemon, 1 clove of garlic, salt, pepper and fresh parsley into the mixing bowl and puree for 30 sec./speed 8 until a creamy mass is formed. Add more water if needed.
Serving
Spread the hummus on a flat plate, garnish with olive oil, chopped parsley and roasted chickpeas.
