Description

I love preparing this pasta with spring vegetables! It is a simple, quick and full of flavors dish. Fresh vegetables like zucchini and carrots add a touch of freshness, while Paris mushrooms add an earthy note. The fresh cream makes it smooth and delicious. It's perfect for a quick weekday lunch or a light dinner. You can easily adapt the vegetables according to the season and your desires. A real treat for the whole family!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 0.5 brique fresh cream
  • 30 g butter
  • 10 piece cherry tomatoes
  • 5 piece Paris mushrooms
  • 1 piece zucchini
  • 3 piece carrots
  • 300 g whole wheat pasta
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Vegetable preparation

Wash the zucchini, carrots and mushrooms. Cut the zucchini into small dice. Peel the carrots and also cut them into small dice. Cut the end of the mushrooms and pass them quickly under water. Cut them into not too small dice.

Cooking the carrots

Put the carrots in a microwave-safe container with enough water to cover them. Cook for 3 minutes in the microwave. Then add the zucchini and cook for another 2 minutes. Drain the vegetables.

Cooking the pasta

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetable sauce.

Cooking the mushrooms

Put 20g of butter in the Thermomix bowl and melt for 2 minutes at 100°C, Stufe 1. Add the diced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes at 120°C, Stufe 1.

Adding the vegetables

Add the drained carrots and zucchini to the Thermomix bowl. Cook for 3 minutes at 100°C, Stufe 1. Salt and pepper to your taste.

Preparing the cream sauce

Thermomix® Setting

In a small saucepan (or in the cleaned Thermomix), melt 10g of butter with the fresh cream. Heat for 2 minutes at 90°C, Stufe 2, until boiling.

Final mix

1 min/158°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 70 Reverse

Pour the cooked pasta and the cream sauce into the Thermomix bowl with the vegetables. Add the halved cherry tomatoes. Mix gently for 1 minute at 70°C, Linkslauf Stufe 1.
