  • 300 g Mushrooms, diced
  • 6 Stück Cooked potatoes
  • 1 Stück Onion, diced
  • Spices of your choice
  • Olive oil

Prepare potatoes

Press 6 cooked potatoes on a baking sheet greased with olive oil using a glass. Drizzle with spices of your choice and some olive oil.

Bake potatoes

Bake the prepared potatoes at 180 degrees HL for about 25 minutes.

Chop onion

Place 1 peeled onion in the mixing bowl and place the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 with the fine slicer on the mixing bowl lid. Chop for 3 seconds/speed 5. Catch the chopped material.

Sauté mushrooms and onion

5 min/248°F/Speed 1 248°F

Add some olive oil to the mixing bowl, add the chopped onion and 300g diced mushrooms and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 1 and season with spices of your choice.

Arrange

Remove the potatoes from the oven and arrange on a plate. Spread the mushroom-onion mixture on the potatoes and garnish with herbs.
