Description

The creamy noodle pan with ham and peas is a quick and inexpensive main course from the Thermomix®. With noodles, cooked ham, peas and a creamy sauce, this dish is ready in just 30 minutes. The recipe is ideal for student cuisine and provides for 4 people. Thanks to the simple preparation in the Thermomix®, the noodle pan is perfect for an uncomplicated family meal.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 300 g Noodles
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 250 g Cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 TL Vegetable stock
  • 200 g Peas
  • 50 g Grated parmesan
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Cook noodles

Cook 300 g of noodles according to the package instructions in a separate pot, drain and collect 100 ml of cooking water. Set the noodles aside.

Chop onion

Place 1 peeled onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onion

Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Prepare cream sauce

Add 250 g cream, 200 ml milk and 1 tsp vegetable stock to the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 5 min./90°C/level 2.

Add ham and peas

5 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add 200 g cooked ham in cubes and 200 g frozen peas to the mixing bowl and simmer for 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Mix in noodles and Parmesan

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Add the cooked noodles, 100 ml cooking water and 50 g grated Parmesan to the mixing bowl and mix in for 1 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1.

Season and serve

Season the noodles with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
