Description

This banana biscuit layer dessert is a real eye-catcher and tastes simply delicious! I like to make it for birthdays or other celebrations because it is so easy to prepare and is always well received by young and old. The combination of creamy pudding, crunchy biscuits and fruity bananas is simply unbeatable. And the best thing: It can be prepared wonderfully and stored in the refrigerator. A great dessert for those who like it sweet and uncomplicated!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 600 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla pudding powder for cooking
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Pck. Cream-filled chocolate biscuits
  • 4 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1 piece Liquorice snail
  • 2 piece Chocolate drops

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare pudding powder

Mix 50 ml of the milk, sugar and pudding powder smoothly in a bowl and set aside.

Boil milk

Put the remaining milk in the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 5 minutes/90°C/speed 2.

Cook pudding

1 min/194°F/Speed 2 90

Add the pudding mixture and simmer for 1 minute/90°C/speed 2 while stirring. Then transfer the pudding to a bowl and let it cool.

Whip cream until stiff

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Speed 3.5

Put the whipped cream with the butterfly into the mixing bowl and whip until stiff for 2 minutes/speed 3.5. Transfer the cream and chill.

Chop biscuits

Thermomix® Setting

Put the cream-filled biscuits, except for 2 pieces, into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5. Transfer the crumbled biscuits.

Refine pudding

Stir the cooled pudding until smooth and carefully fold in the whipped cream.

Layer dessert

Fill half of the crumbled biscuits into a glass bowl. Spread half of the banana slices on top, then add half of the pudding on top and smooth it out. Spread a second layer of biscuits, bananas and pudding on top. Smooth the surface.

Decorate face

Halve the remaining 2 biscuits. Unroll the liquorice snail. Place in the middle of the pudding, place 1 biscuit half with cream in the middle. Place 1 chocolate drop in the middle of the cream as pupils. Place 1 piece of liquorice snail on the pudding as spectacle frames and 1 narrow piece of liquorice snail as a mouth.
