Description

  • 4 Stück Bell peppers (red, yellow, orange)
  • 500 g mixed ground meat
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 100 g Rice
  • 300 g strained tomatoes
  • 1 TL Tomato paste
  • 0.5 TL Vegetable broth
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 0.25 TL Pepper
  • 0.5 TL Oregano
  • 0.5 TL Thyme
  • 0.5 TL Rosemary
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 100 ml Water
  • 500 ml Water

Chop onion and garlic

Add 1 peeled and quartered onion and 1 clove of garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Use the spatula to push everything down from the edge.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the chopped onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add rice and vegetables

Add 100 g rice, 100 g strained tomatoes, 1 tsp tomato paste, 1/2 tsp vegetable broth, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/2 tsp rosemary and 100 ml water to the mixing bowl and mix for 1 min./level 3.

Precook rice

Insert the simmering basket into the mixing bowl and pour in 500 ml water. Put the rice mixture into the simmering basket and cook for 20 min./Varoma/level 1. After the cooking time, remove the simmering basket with the spatula and let the rice cool down a little.

Brown ground meat

Brown 500 g mixed ground meat in a separate pan with some oil until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix ground meat and rice

Add the browned ground meat to the precooked rice in the mixing bowl and mix carefully for 30 sec./reverse/level 2.

Fill bell peppers

Wash 4 bell peppers (red, yellow, orange), cut off the lids and core them. Fill the bell peppers with the ground meat and rice mixture.

Cook bell peppers in the oven

Place the filled bell peppers in a baking dish. Pour the remaining strained tomatoes (approx. 200 g) over the bell peppers. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.

Add mozzarella

After 30 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven and place 125 g mozzarella in slices on the bell peppers. Place the baking dish in the oven for another 10 minutes until the mozzarella is melted.
