Description
This creamy avocado dip is a real all-rounder! I love making it when I need something quick or when I have unexpected visitors. The avocado provides a great creaminess, while onion and garlic give the dip a pleasant spice. Perfect as a bread spread for breakfast, as a dip for vegetable sticks or as a side dish for grilling. And the best part: it's prepared in no time! If you like, you can add some chili for a fiery note. An absolute must for every avocado lover!

1 piece large Avocado(s)

0.5 piece Onion(s)

2 clove Garlic
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop onion and garlic
Place half the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Then add the garlic cloves and chop for another 3 sec./speed 7.
Add avocado and mix
Remove the pulp from the avocado with a spoon and place in the mixing bowl. Mix everything for 10 sec./speed 4.
Season and puree
Season the avocado dip with salt and pepper and then puree for 15 sec./speed 8 until the desired consistency is reached.
