1 TL Mustard, heaped

1 TL Lemon juice

Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare Handkäse and herbs
Cut the Handkäse into small cubes.
Cut spring onions and chives
Cut the spring onions and chives into fine rings.
Chop garlic
Put garlic clove into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.
Prepare dip
Add sour cream, crème fraîche, mustard, chopped garlic, lemon juice, paprika powder, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Stir for 10 sec./speed 3.
Fold in ingredients
Add Handkäse cubes, spring onion rings and chive rings to the mixing bowl and fold in with the spatula.
Let the dip steep
Let the dip steep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Season again before serving.
