  • Zucchini
  • Sheep's milk ricotta
  • to taste Curry
  • 0.5 piece Onions
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation of the zucchini

Wash and trim the zucchini. Cut them into thin slices. Set aside.

Chop the onion

Put half an onion in the bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 5.

Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and sauté for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Cook the zucchini

Add the sliced zucchini to the bowl and cook for 10 Min./Varoma/Stufe 1.

Add the curry

Thermomix® Setting
10 Sec./Speed 2

Add the curry and mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 2. If necessary, add half a glass of water.

Adjust the salt

Thermomix® Setting

Taste and adjust the salt. Cook for another 5 Min./Varoma/Stufe 1.

Blend the zucchini with the ricotta

Transfer the cooked zucchini (keeping some aside for decoration) into the bowl, add the ricotta and blend for 20 Sec./Stufe 8.

Cook the pasta

In the meantime, cook the vermicelli in plenty of salted water.

Mix the pasta with the cream

Drain the vermicelli al dente and pour them into the bowl with the zucchini and ricotta cream. Mix gently for 15 Sec./Linkslauf/Stufe 2.
