  • Fresh chives
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Asparagus
  • Sandwich bread
  • Pepper
  • 1 c à s Wine vinegar
  • 3 Hard boiled eggs
  • 1 c à s Mayonnaise
  • 1 can Mackerel

Preparation (4 steps)

Drain the mackerel

Drain a can of mackerel carefully and place in a container.

Prepare the filling

In the same container, crumble 3 hard-boiled eggs. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar and a few turns of the pepper mill. Mix gently with the spatula.

Add the herbs and vegetables

Add a few sprigs of chopped fresh chives, a few cherry tomatoes cut in half and a few asparagus cut into small pieces. Mix gently with the spatula. Let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.

Serve on toast

Spread the mixture generously on slices of toasted sandwich bread. Serve immediately.
