Description
This colorful raw vegetable salad is a real classic and super easy to prepare. I like to make it for parties or as a side dish for grilling. The combination of crunchy leek, sour pickles, sweet corn and creamy sauce is simply unbeatable. The boiled eggs provide an extra portion of protein. The salad is quick to make and tastes good both cold and slightly chilled. Ideal if you need something quick or need something for a buffet. It can also be prepared well and stays fresh in the refrigerator for a few days. An absolute must for every salad lover!
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

4 Stange/n Leek

2 piece Pickled cucumber

2 Dose/n Corn

1 piece Onion

3 piece Egg

250 g Salad cream
Preparation (7 steps)
Chop onion
Peel, quarter the onion and put it in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./level 5.
Prepare leek
Clean the leek, halve it lengthwise and cut it into fine rings. Then put in a large bowl.
Add onion to leek
Add the chopped onion to the leek in the bowl.
Chop pickled cucumbers
Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes and put them in the bowl.
Cook and chop eggs
Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut them into small cubes. Then put in the bowl.
Add corn
Drain the corn and add to the bowl as well.
Finish salad
Put the salad cream in the bowl and carefully mix all the ingredients together so that everything is well distributed.
