Description

These homemade meatballs are a comforting and flavorful dish, perfect for enjoying with family. The recipe is simple, but the result is spectacular: juicy and tender meatballs, bathed in a delicious sauce. I always prepare them with ground beef and pork for a more intense flavor, but you can use only beef if you prefer. A trick to make them softer is to soak the breadcrumbs in milk before mixing them with the meat. Go ahead and try them, you will love them! Ideal to accompany with white rice or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 750 g ground meat
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 bunch parsley (optional)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 100 ml milk

Preparation (5 steps)

Preparation of the breadcrumbs

Place 50 g of breadcrumbs in a bowl and pour 100 ml of milk. Let it soak for a few minutes until the breadcrumbs are soft. Set aside.

Chopping the garlic

Insert 2 cloves of garlic into the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 sec./Speed 7.

Mixing the meat

Add 750 g of ground meat, 1 egg, the breadcrumbs soaked in milk (draining the excess milk), salt and chopped parsley (optional) to the bowl. Mix for 20 sec./Speed 4.

Form the meatballs

Remove the mixture from the bowl and form small meatballs with your hands. Pass the meatballs through flour.

Fry the meatballs

In a pan with plenty of hot oil, fry the meatballs until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
