Description
These single portion chocolate cakes are real comfort food! Perfect for a sudden pampering or a delicious snack. The recipe is very simple and quick, ideal when you want something good but don't have much time available. The base is a soft cocoa dough, without eggs, which is prepared in a few minutes with the Thermomix®. The result is moist and chocolatey cakes, ready in just 3 minutes in the microwave. Sprinkled with powdered sugar, they are irresistible! Also excellent for children.
Ingredients (7 ingredients)

200 g 00 flour

100 g bitter cocoa

10 g baking powder

160 g sugar
-
360 ml milk
-
20 g seed oil
-
powdered sugar for decoration
Preparation (7 steps)
Dry ingredients in the bowl
Pour 200 g of 00 flour, 100 g of bitter cocoa and 10 g of baking powder into the bowl. Close the bowl and mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 4 to mix the dry ingredients.
Addition of sugar
Add 160 g of sugar to the bowl and mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 3 to distribute it evenly.
Addition of liquid ingredients
Pour 360 ml of milk and 20 g of seed oil into the bowl. Close the bowl.
Mix the dough
Mix well for 20 Sec./Stufe 4 to eliminate all lumps and obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Preparation of the cups
Grease and flour the cups and then fill them to half their height with the dough.
Microwave cooking
Cook in the microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. (This step is not performed with the Thermomix).
Decoration
Once ready, let it cool slightly and finally sprinkle the surface of the cakes with powdered sugar.
