Description

This white fish in marinara sauce is a dish that I often prepare at home. It is a simple, quick and very tasty recipe, perfect for a weekday meal or to surprise your guests. The fish is juicy and the sauce, with a touch of prawns and mussels, is simply delicious. In addition, it is a healthy and light option, ideal to enjoy the flavors of the sea without complications. Go ahead and try it, you will love it!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 400 gramos white fish fillets
  • 150 gramos prawns
  • 150 gramos mussels
  • 1 piece onion
  • 2 dientes garlic
  • 2 piece tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 30 ml Olive oil

Preparation (6 steps)

Preparation of the vegetables

Peel the onion and garlic cloves. Place the onion in the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 sec./Stufe 5. Add the garlic cloves and chop 3 sec./Stufe 7. Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters.

Sauté of onion, garlic and tomato

Add the chopped tomatoes and 30 ml of olive oil to the bowl. Sauté for 8 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add spices and water

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add a pinch of paprika, a pinch of saffron and 200 ml of water to the bowl. Program 2 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Crush the sauce

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 10

Crush the sauce for 30 Sek./Stufe 10. Check the texture and crush a few more seconds if necessary.

Cook the fish and seafood

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add the chopped white fish fillets, prawns and mussels to the bowl. Add salt to taste. Program 5 Min./100°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1. Check that the fish is cooked and the seafood open.

Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley (do not use Thermomix for this step).
