Description

This pasta with anchovies and crispy butter is a simple dish but full of flavor, perfect for a quick and tasty dinner. The anchovies melt in the hot butter, creating a delicious sauce that envelops the pasta. The toasted breadcrumbs add a crunchy note that pleasantly contrasts with the softness of the pasta. I often prepare it when I have little time but want something special. It is an excellent alternative to the usual pasta with tomato sauce and is prepared in less than half an hour! Ideal for those who love strong flavors and Mediterranean cuisine.

Ingredients (5 ingredients)

  • 160 g pasta
  • 60 g anchovies
  • 60 g butter
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation (6 steps)

Preparation of the crispy breadcrumbs

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 3 120

Put the breadcrumbs in the mixing bowl and toast for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 3. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Preparation of the butter and anchovy sauce

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/140°F/Speed 2 60

Put the butter in the mixing bowl and melt for 2 Min./60°C/Stufe 2.

Addition of the anchovies

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/140°F/Speed 2 60 Reverse

Add the anchovies to the mixing bowl and cook for 3 Min./60°C/Stufe 2, Reverse Blade, to melt them in the butter.

Cooking the pasta

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in abundant salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta al dente.

Pasta dressing

Thermomix® Setting
1 min/Speed 1 Reverse

Pour the drained pasta into the mixing bowl with the butter and anchovy sauce. Mix gently for 1 Min./Stufe 1, Reverse Blade, to mix the dressing well.

Serve the pasta hot, garnished with the toasted breadcrumbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
