Description

This pleasure plate is perfect for a cozy evening with friends or as a highlight at any party! I love combining different cheeses, sausages and fresh fruit. The fig skewers with goat cheese and honey are an absolute must and the date-leek cream cheese dip goes perfectly with crackers and grissini. The preparation is very simple and the plate can be wonderfully adapted to your own preferences. Whether vegetarian or with different types of meat - there is something for every taste. A real eye-catcher and super delicious!

Ingredients (28 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Fig
  • 50 g Goat cheese (hard cheese)
  • 1 Zweig(e) Basil
  • 0.5 tsp Honey
  • 100 g dried Tomatoes
  • 100 g Olives (green)
  • 4 piece Dates
  • 1 piece Spring onion
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 100 g Cracker (round)
  • 100 g Grissini
  • 1 piece Camembert
  • 100 g Cheddar
  • 100 g Tête de Moine
  • 100 g Manchego
  • 80 g Sliced salami
  • 70 g Salami sticks
  • 100 g Serrano ham
  • 100 g Prosciutto Cotto
  • 0.25 piece Cucumber
  • 0.5 piece Apple
  • 100 g Grapes (green)
  • 60 g Blueberries
  • 50 g Mini pretzels
  • 20 g Almonds (roasted and salted)
  • 20 g Cashews (roasted and salted)

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare fig skewers

Wash the fig and quarter it. Cut the goat cheese into pieces about 3 cm by 1 cm. Wash the basil, shake dry and separate the leaves from the branches. Thread a quarter of a fig, a basil leaf and a piece of goat cheese onto 4 skewers. Drizzle with a little honey.

Prepare date-leek cream cheese dip

Put dates into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5. Then add the spring onion and chop for another 3 sec./speed 4. Add cream cheese, salt and pepper and stir for 10 sec./speed 3.

Prepare cheese

Cut the camembert into small pie pieces. Dice the cheddar and cut the Manchego into narrow triangles. Prepare Tête de Moine rosettes.

Shape salami roses

To make the salami roses, take a small glass (champagne glass or shot glass). Place a slice of salami halfway over the edge of the glass. Then place the next slice of salami slightly overlapping the first. Repeat this step until the glass is covered all around with salami (about 5-7 slices). Then carefully turn the glass over so that the salami rose is created and detach it from the glass.

Prepare ham

Cut salami sticks into bite-sized pieces. Fold the Serrano ham together like an accordion and then fan it out on one side. Roll the prosciutto into elongated rolls.

Prepare fruit and vegetables

Wash cucumber, apple, grapes and blueberries. Cut the cucumber into slices and the apple into thin wedges after coring.

Arrange

Arrange all ingredients decoratively on a plate. Garnish with pretzels, almonds and cashews.
