Description
This Salsa Verde from the Thermomix® is a simple, vegan dip with green bell pepper, parsley and garlic. Seasoned with red wine vinegar and cumin, it is ideal with finger food or as an appetizer. Preparation takes only 10 minutes and yields 2 servings. Perfect for parties, as a spicy snack or for light, cold cuisine.

1 Bund Flat-leaf parsley

30 ml Red wine vinegar

0.5 TL Salt

0.25 TL Pepper

200 g Olive oil

1 TL Cumin
Preparation (4 steps)
Prepare bell pepper
Wash, core and cut 1 bell pepper (green) into coarse pieces.
Mix ingredients
Place the coarse bell pepper pieces, 2 garlic cloves (peeled), 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley, 2 tbsp (30 ml) red wine vinegar, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.25 tsp pepper, 200 g olive oil, 1 tsp cumin in the mixing bowl.
Puree
Puree everything on level 10 for 30 seconds until a uniform, smooth paste is formed. If necessary, slide down with the spatula.
Cool
Refrigerate the salsa until serving.
