Description

This simple Salsa Verde from the Thermomix® is a vegan dip with green bell pepper, parsley and garlic. Refined with red wine vinegar and spices, it is ideal with finger food and appetizers. Prepared in just 10 minutes, the recipe yields 2 servings. Perfect for parties, as a spicy snack or as a light addition to any meal.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 1 Stück Bell pepper (green)
  • 2 Stück Garlic clove
  • 1 Bund Flat-leaf parsley
  • 30 ml Red wine vinegar
  • 0.5 TL Salt
  • 0.25 TL Pepper
  • 200 g Olive oil
  • 1 TL Cumin

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare pepper

Wash 1 bell pepper (green), core it and cut into rough pieces.

Mix ingredients

Put the coarse pepper pieces, 2 garlic cloves (peeled), 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley, 2 tbsp (30 ml) red wine vinegar, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.25 tsp pepper, 200 g olive oil, 1 tsp cumin into the mixing bowl.

Puree

Thermomix® Setting
Speed 10, 30 Sekunden

Puree everything on level 10 for 30 seconds until a uniform, smooth mass is created. If necessary, slide down with the spatula.

Refrigerate the salsa until serving.
